Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Provides appropriations of $585,120 in FY 2009-10 and $1,193,645 in FY 2010-11 to the Foster Care/Adoption Assistance programs in the Department of Health and Human Services to provide an annual inflation adjustment to the adoption subsidy for special needs children.  Assumes adoption subsidies to 3,186 children with special needs which range from $5.00 to $60.00 per day would receive the annual adjustment tied to the Consumer Price Index.
