Legislative Cost/Study
	The general operating expenses of this study are projected to be $4,290 in fiscal year 2009-10.  The Legislature's proposed budget includes $20,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 for legislative studies.  Whether that amount is sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The minor additional costs associated with serving on the commission can be absorbed by the Department of Conservation and the Department of Environmental Protection utlizing existing budgeted resources.
