| The Board of Licensure in Medicine affiliated with the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will require Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $94,178 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $112,159 in fiscal year 2010-11 for one half-time Physician III position and related All Other costs associated with providing staff support to the Joint Practice Council on Controlled Substances established under the Board of Licensure in Medicine. The Board will need to increase licensing fees in order to fund the ongoing costs of this legislation. | ||||||
