	This bill includes Other Special Revenue Funds deallocations of $7,212 per year beginning in fiscal year 2009-10 to the Licensing and Regulation program within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation as a result of the structure, powers and duties of the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology being repealed and instead becoming a regulatory function within the Office of Licensing and Registration.
