| This legislation requires the Secretary of State to oversee a pilot project to implement ranked choice voting in certain municipal elections. While up to 10 municipalities may participate, it is not known which ones will be involved and how many ballots may need to be provided by the Secretary of State. Therefore no estimate of cost is made at this time. If the bill moves forward a better estimate will need to be developed and funded. | ||||||
