Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The rulemaking costs, pollution prevention plan processing costs, technical assistance program costs and reporting costs required in order to facilitate priority toxic chemical use reduction can be absorbed by the Department of Environmental Protection within existing budgeted resources.  Any costs to the Department of Health and Human Services from consultations are expected to be minor and can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
