| This amendment removes the saltwater recreational fishing registry fee for residents and resident lifetime registrants and increases the fee for nonresidents from $15 to $21. This fee change would result in an increase in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the Department of Marine Resources of $9,000 in fiscal year 2010-11. | ||||||
