Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocations totaling $130,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 to the Department of Economic and Community Development.  Of that amount, the Research and Development Evaluation Fund will receive Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $80,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 to reflect the increase in the amount that may be collected from agencies and privates entities who received General Fund appropriations or general obligation bonds for research and development to fund the cost of the annual comprehensive research and development evaluation.  Also, the Economic Development Evaluation Fund will receive Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $50,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 to reflect the increase in the amount that may be collected from agencies and privates entities who received General Fund appropriations or general obligation bonds for economic development to fund the cost of the annual comprehensive economic development evaluation.
	Additional costs to the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources and Maine Revenue Services can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
