Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
This
bill is expected to generate $4,875 (75 new permit-by-rule applications at
$65 each) in fiscal year 2009-10 and again in fiscal year 2010-11 to allow
cobble-trapping fences. No additional
cobble-trapping fences are anticipated after fiscal year 2010-11. An average of 5 other sand dune related
projects are anticipated to be allowed to proceed under this bill through the
permit-by-rule process (5 at $65 = $325) that would have required an
individual permit application (5 at $422 = $2,110) under current law,
resulting in a revenue decrease of $1,785 per year beginning in fiscal year
2009-10 (2,110-$325 = $1,785). |
