Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Requiring motorcycle inspection stickers to be affixed to the rear of the motorcycle will increase compliance with inspection requirements and therefore increase Highway Fund revenues by $30,000 beginning in fiscal year 2011-12.  Beginning in fiscal year 2011-12, the Department of Public Safety will require a Highway Fund allocation of $9,680 for the cost of the redesigned stickers.
	Additional costs to the Department of Public Safety associated with the working group on motorcycle noise can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
