| The General Purpose Aid for Local Schools program within the Department of Education will require a one-time General Fund appropriation in either fiscal year 2010-11 or fiscal year 2011-12 to pay the costs incurred by any town or community that has complied with the laws governing the reorganization of school administrative units by June 2, 2009. The Department of Education has indicated that there is not sufficient data available at this time to determine the amount of the General Fund appropriation that will be required. | ||||||
