	This amendment corrects the fiscal year of the transfer from the short-term emergency contingency account established in Public Law 2009, c. 571, Part KK consistent with the intent to offset the additional General Fund appropriations in fiscal year 2010-11.  The fiscal note on the committee amendment inadvertently omitted this transfer.
