Resolve, To Name the Summit Trail of Haystack Mountain the Dustin J. Libby Trail

Sec. 1. Summit trail named. Resolved: That the Department of Conservation, Bureau of Parks and Lands shall designate the public hiking trail leading to the summit of Haystack Mountain in the Town of Castle Hill in Aroostook County the Dustin J. Libby Trail, in honor of the late Corporal Dustin J. Libby, United States Marine Corps.
