Amend the bill in section 1 in the first paragraph in the 9th and 10th lines (page 1, lines 24 and 25 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " in existing commercial places of assembly that are open for no more than 50 days per calendar year" and inserting the following: ' in a commercial place of assembly existing on March 1, 2011 that is open for no more than 50 days per calendar year; this exemption must expire upon the transfer by sale or otherwise of the ownership of the commercial place of assembly'
