Sec. 1. Develop initiatives to reduce unnecessary packaging. Resolved: That the Department of Environmental Protection shall convene a task force to develop initiatives designed to reduce unnecessary packaging; and be it further

Sec. 2. Report. Resolved: That the Department of Environmental Protection shall present the findings and recommendations of the task force under section 1 to the Joint Standing Committee on Environment and Natural Resources by January 15, 2012.
