Administrative Services - Professional and Financial Regulation 0094

Initiative: Allocates funds for the general operating costs necessary to support the Maine Residential Builders and Specialty Contractors Board and for administrative services costs, including support from the office of the Commissioner of Professional and Financial Regulation.

Licensing and Enforcement 0352

Initiative: Allocates funds for per diem, consulting and related All Other expenses for the Maine Residential Builders and Specialty Contractors Board effective July 1, 2012. Also allocates funds for one Director position, 2 Office Specialist I positions and one Office Associate II position and associated All Other effective July 1, 2012. Two Inspector positions, one Senior Inspector position and one Paralegal position and related All Other will be required effective January 1, 2014. Also allocates funds for the general operating costs necessary to support both the board and its staff.
