An Act To Make Public the Names of Members of Limited Liability Companies
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 31 MRSA §1512 is enacted to read:
§ 1512. Names of members
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the Secretary of State shall make the names of members of a limited liability company formed under section 1531 or a foreign limited liability company qualified to operate in the State under section 1622 available to the public.
