Amend the bill by adding after section 12 the following:

‘Sec. 13. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

General Purpose Aid for Local Schools 0308

Initiative: Provides funds for the cost of reimbursing those local school administrative units that were assessed a penalty for not conforming to the laws governing school administrative unit reorganization.
