Amend the amendment in section 4 in §13090-N in subsection 6 in paragraph A in the last line (page 5, line 19 in amendment) by striking out the following: " $25,000,000" and inserting the following: ' $24,000,000'

Amend the amendment in section 4 in §13090-N in subsection 6 in paragraph B in the last line (page 5, line 21 in amendment) by striking out the following: " $50,000,000" and inserting the following: ' $49,000,000'

Amend the amendment in section 4 in §13090-N in subsection 10 in the 3rd line (page 6, line 5 in amendment) by striking out the following: " $25,000,000" and inserting the following: ' $24,000,000'

Amend the amendment in section 4 in §13090-N in subsection 10 in the 4th line (page 6, line 6 in amendment) by striking out the following: " $50,000,000" and inserting the following: ' $49,000,000'

Amend the amendment by striking out all of section 12 (page 7, lines 18 to 26 in amendment) and inserting the following:

Sec. 12. Transfer from General Fund undedicated revenue. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer $1,000,000 by January 1, 2013 and every January 1st thereafter from the General Fund unappropriated surplus to the Visual and Digital Media Loan Fund program within the Finance Authority of Maine to be used to promote digital media projects and visual media productions.

Sec. 13. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

This amendment reduces the annual funding to the proposed Motion Picture, Musical and Digital Media Incentive Program by $1,000,000 and transfers that same amount to the Visual and Digital Media Loan Program.
