An Act To Provide Seed Money for the Construction of Senior Housing in the Town of Newport
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Senior Housing - MSHA N112
Initiative: Provides funding to seed a public-private partnership for construction of senior housing in the Town of Newport contingent upon the community's contributing matching funds on a one-to-one basis.
