An Act To Prohibit the Burning of Construction and Demolition Debris at Municipal Landfills and Transfer Stations
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §1306, sub-§7 is enacted to read:
7. Burning of construction and demolition debris. A municipal solid waste landfill or transfer station may not burn construction and demolition debris.
