Amend the resolve by striking out all of the emergency preamble (page 1, lines 1 to 28 in L.D.).
Amend the resolve in section 1 in the first line (page 1, line 29 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "That" the following: ', notwithstanding Joint Rule 353,'
Amend the resolve by striking out all of the emergency clause (page 4, lines 11 and 12 in L.D.).
SUMMARY
This amendment removes the emergency preamble and emergency clause. The amendment also explicitly exempts this study from the requirements of Joint Rule 353.
