An Act To Allow Concealed Weapons in the State House
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 25 MRSA §2007 is enacted to read:
§ 2007. Concealed firearms in State House
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person to whom a valid permit to carry a concealed firearm has been issued as provided in this chapter may carry a concealed firearm in the State House.
