Amend the amendment in Part B in section 8 in §3957 in subsection 5 in the 3rd line (page 13, line 36 in amendment) by inserting after the following: " any net loss" the following: ' in an amount not to exceed $2 per month per covered person enrolled in medical insurance insured, reinsured or administered by the insurer'
