Amend the amendment by striking out all of section 28 and inserting the following:

‘Sec. 28. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Sec. 29. Effective date. That section of this Act that amends the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 17-A, section 506 takes effect July 1, 2012.’
