‘Sec. 38. Department of Environmental Protection to use existing budgeted resources. The Department of Environmental Protection shall carry out its responsibilities under this Act using existing budgeted resources.’

Amend the amendment on page 13 by striking out all of section 38 and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 38. Department of Environmental Protection to use existing budgeted resources. The Department of Environmental Protection shall carry out its responsibilities under this Act using existing budgeted resources.’
Summary
This amendment removes the appropriations and allocations section and requires the Department of Environmental Protection to carry out its responsibilities under this legislation using existing budgeted resources.
