Amend the amendment by striking out the substitute title and replacing it with the following:
‘Resolve, To Encourage Enrollment in Electrical Education Programs’
Amend the amendment in section 1 in the last line (page 1, line 19 in amendment) by inserting after the following: "student" the following: 'or a community college student approved by the Electricians' Examining Board'
Summary
This amendment extends the helper electrician license fee exemption to community college students approved by the Electricians' Examining Board and changes the title of the resolve to reflect that change.
