Amend the amendment by striking out the substitute title and inserting the following:
‘An Act To Encourage Enrollment in Electrical Education Programs’
Amend the amendment by inserting after section 1 the following:
Amend the bill in section 2 in the last line (page 1, line 30 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "student" the following: 'or a community college student approved by the Electricians' Examining Board'
’Summary
This amendment extends the helper electrician license fee exemption to community college students approved by the Electricians' Examining Board and changes the title of the bill to reflect that change.
