Resolve, To Establish Training Routes for School Bus Drivers

Sec. 1. School bus driver training routes. Resolved: That the Department of the Secretary of State, Bureau of Motor Vehicles shall establish by routine technical rule, as described in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A, a procedure to authorize training routes on public ways, as defined in Title 29-A, section 101, subsection 59, for school bus drivers.
