An Act Relating to the State Bid Process
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §1825-B, sub-§1-A is enacted to read:
1-A. Bid submission; format. Rules adopted pursuant to this subchapter must allow bidders the option of submitting bids in a printed hard-copy format.
