Resolve, Directing the Department of Health and Human Services To Examine the Issue of Revocation of Licenses for Nonpayment of Child Support

Sec. 1. Examination. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Health and Human Services and the Department of Health and Human Services shall examine the issue of the revocation of driver’s licenses for the nonpayment of child support and report to the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services no later than December 7, 2011.
