Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 3 in the last line (page 1, line 16 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " ordinances." the following: ' If the legislative body of a municipality adopts an ordinance that restricts the carrying of firearms in that municipality's essential municipal offices or places of legislative assembly, or both, the municipality shall post, in a prominent location outside the affected offices and places, notice of the existence of that restriction.'
