An Act To Authorize the Rerouting of Meadow Brook into Toothaker Pond
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Toothaker Pond Association authorized to reroute Meadow Brook into Toothaker Pond. Notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 38, the Toothaker Pond Association may reroute Meadow Brook into Toothaker Pond in the Town of Phillips.
