Resolve, To Require the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife To Submit a New Design for the Sportsman Registration Plate

Sec. 1. Registration plate design. Resolved: That, notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 29-A, section 456-C, subsection 5 and section 468, subsection 5, the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife shall submit a new design featuring the image of a deer for the sportsman registration plate for issuance beginning in 2012.
