An Act Regarding the Requirement That Construction Equipment Have a License Plate
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §513, sub-§3 is enacted to read:
3. Exception. Special mobile equipment that is not registered may be operated on that portion of a public way that is under construction.
