‘Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §2081, sub-§3-B is enacted to read:
3-B. Emergency medical services personnel. When an emergency medical services person is riding to or from a medical facility in the back of an ambulance, as defined in section 2054, subsection 1, paragraph A, the person is required to be secured in a seat belt or safety harness unless being secured by a seat belt or safety harness inhibits the person from administering medical aid.’
