	Additional costs to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife can be absorbed with existing staff and within existing budgeted resources.
	While this bill would not increase the amount of moose permits available in any one moose season, it could result in an increase in people applying for permits, therefore resulting in a minor increase in General Fund revenue not requiring any change to the budget.
