Legislative Cost/Study
	This amendment replaces the bill with a working group.  The estimated cost of the participation of 2 legislators in the working group is $1,000 in fiscal year 2011-12.  The Legislature's proposed budget includes $10,000 in fiscal year 2011-12 for legislative studies.  Whether the amount is sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	In addition to the costs to the Legislature identified above, the Department of the Secretary of State will incur additional costs to convene the working group.  These costs can be absorbed within the department's existing budgeted resources.
