	This legislation creates a work-sharing program as a voluntary alternative to layoffs during a temporary slowdown in business.  The net fiscal impact, whether a cost or savings, to the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund within the Department of Labor can not be determined at this time but is not expected to be significant.
	Additional costs to the Department of Labor associated with rulemaking and preparing the required reports can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
