	Implementation of a mandatory prescription drug co-payment system that may result in prescription drugs not being dispensed because of failure to pay co-payments may result in a decrease in MaineCare prescription drug utilization and spending that cannot be quantified at this time.  The Department of Human Services will absorb the one-time cost of implementing the MaineCare mandatory drug co-payment system changes within the Maine Integrated Health Management Solution (MIHMS) system change management process.
