| This bill directs Efficiency Maine Trust (EMT) to conduct an energy audit of the Maine State House, to fund the cost within its own resources and to report its findings to the Legislative Council. It is estimated that conducting the energy audit will require a one-time $200,000 expenditure in fiscal year 2011-12. EMT indicates that it can perform the energy audit at this cost within existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
