Allowing
the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to issue permits to property
owners in coastal sand dune systems to construct, repair or replace a
year-round cobble-trapping fence landward of an existing seawall in a
developed area under certain conditions may result in a minor revenue
increase to DEP from increased permit applications and related fees. |
