| This bill allows people to register their dog every 3 years as opposed to every year as it is in current statute. The per year fee does not change under this legislation. The Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources would need to determine methods to manage cash flow under this scenario. Any additional costs to the department can be absorbed with existing staff and within existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
