	Eliminates Class D and Class E crimes. A reduction in fines will decrease General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Allowing nonresidents who own land in the state and keep that land open to the public to hunt on the first day of open season on deer could result in a minor increase in nonresident licenses sold, therefore a minor increase in General Fund revenue not requiring any change to the budget.
