| This legislation permits the Passamaquoddy Tribe to operate high-stakes beano in Calais, allows only the Passamaquoddy tribe to operate high-stakes beano 100 days per year and removes the authority to conduct electronic beano. The incremental fiscal impact related to the committee amendment removes the need for the Public Safety Inspector I position and related costs. | ||||||
