Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Increasing from 50% to 100% the transfer to the State Transit, Aviation and Rail Transportation Fund of revenue from the 10% sales and use tax on automobile rentals for one year or less as of July 1, 2012 will reduce revenue to the General Fund commencing in fiscal year 2012-13.  It will also increase revenue to the Department of Transportation, State Transit, Aviation and Rail Transportation Fund by the same amount.
