Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment provides that license fees from the Bangor racino and Oxford casino be deposited in the General Fund for fiscal years 2011-12 and 2012-13.  The incremental effect compared to the committee amendment would be an elimination of  the loss of General Fund revenue of $461,950 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $1,078,650 in fiscal year 2012-13.
