Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
	Establishes new civil violations and Class E crimes. The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Creating an apprentice trapper license may increase General Fund revenue by encouraging people who have never trapped before to go trapping with an experienced trapper for one year without taking a trapper education course.  This increased revenue is considered to be minor and does not require any change to the budget.
	Additional costs to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife associated with updating the license sales catalog can be absorbed with existing staff and within existing budgeted resources.
