	This bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $882,343 in fiscal year 2012-13 for the Department of Audit to contract for a Single State Audit.  It also includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and deallocations resulting in a net deallocation of $264,343 in fiscal year 2012-13 to reflect both the elimination of 19 positions and related costs and the estimated additional cost of the contract.
