	This legislation increases the fee for a driver education teacher or instructor license from $80 to $100 and increases the term of that license from one to two years.  It would result in an increase in Highway Fund revenue of $7,360 in fiscal year 2011-12 and a decrease in Highway Fund revenue of $29,440 in fiscal year 2012-13.
